Food Delivery Return & Refund Policy

To provide the best customer satisfaction, we ensure that you always get food deliver according to your order and we deliver on time within our published delivery time. Please feel free to contact us if you have queries regarding this policy. For immediate response, it is advisable that customer call us within the hour when the food is ordered and delivered and before our closing hour. This is to ensure that we provide you the best service.

In circumstances where it necessitates a refund, the food should be returned to us for inspection within the hour of delivery and refund will be given in store credit only.

In case of any dish that is misrepresented, we would expect the dish to be untouched upon return. We would endeavour to collect the said dish and replace with the correct dish and at the discretion of the shift manager after inspecting the dish, a refund or store credit will be given on the said dish.

Any customers with any food allergies should inform the staff at the time of placing the order.

We want to make sure that you receive the best quality food and enjoy it at the comfort of your home.

We believe that our return and refund policy would enhance the trust between us and customers relationship.

Wrong order

Our management team would ensure that you get the right food delivered at your home. However, if you get the wrong order delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the mistakes.

Missing item

We have a three-point checks in place on all food delivery before it leaves the premise. In very rare occasion that you do not receive food in your bag, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice any missing item. We will redeliver for free to you.

Please note we do provide courtesy free items such as free sauces, prawn crackers, etc and if we have omitted the free item, you are welcome to let us know so that we can address the issue to staff on duty. However we cannot provide redeliver service, discount, refunds or store credit on this occasion.

Cancellation of order

Please let us know as soon as you decide to cancel the order. We are unable to provide refunds after the food has been cooked. In circumstances where it necessitates a refund, and only at the discretion of the manager, we can only refund by store credit. We cannot do cash or credit refund.
